Emergency Information System

An Emergency Information System is an extended system used to manage data in support of Emergency Department patient care and operations. This system supports the capture of clinical documentation including patient’s administrative and clinical data i.e. quick registration, physicians, treatments, chargers, transfer, discharge and any other clinical care.

Patient Registration

This module provides vital information for the patient information chart, which influences the outset of demographics capture. It bears patient’s name, address and contact information. It Serves as the master patient’s data repository for the enterprise.


IPD Hospital Management Module is very useful to manage IPD Department of Hospital.

Laboratory Management

This integrated module of our Hospital Management System is used by the pathology lab to record and distribute the information regarding the tests performed. Effectively manages patient medical tests, exam reports, commercial records and laboratory department activities.

Pharmacy Management

An integrated digital pharmacy shop can be managed from this module. As patient collects medicines from pharmacy shop their charges will automatically transfer to patient billing. Other concerns of this module includes;
Oversee drug supply, management of stock. Receive prescriptions from consulting doctors; send to a particular patient, without any need for manual intervention

Store Management

Integrated Store Management keeps the track of all hospital stocks from medicines to towels and helps keep the optimum level of stock all the time. It maintains Purchase order with due dates of delivery, maintain MRN and Issue slips, Stock, Reorder levels and show appropriate warning.

Helpdesk Management

Status of any patient/doctor can be queried from this module e.g. timing of consultant, residential address/contact number, patient room search.

Accounting Management

This system integrates with hospital’s back-office, sales and service processes and Accounting made very easy by this module it provides accounting functions includes financial accounting, financial reporting, payment management, billing management, supply chain management and inventory management.
